Exhausted, with the heat index it got up to 106 degrees outside and it had to be about 108 inside my work. :\ I'm so happy it's my weekend now!

I was feeling tired and groggy when I worked overnight last night, but I took about a 6-hour nap and I've been feeling re-energized since then!

I had to work on Saturday so I somehow managed to save my Sunday by going for a movie and having good food! So, yeah I'm feeling good

Good not great.

Had a wonderful day but ate WAY too much so felt bloated and by the end of the day my hip hurts. Idk why. When I got home I did some stretches and hip flexor and abductor exercises which helped a little but man this made me feel old. 😅

I'm a bit tired today, I probably went to bed too late. I'm also not looking forward to my weekend ending but it's inevitable. Thankfully this upcoming week won't be as hot as it was last week.

I am feeling somewhat tired today but I think that is due to the weather, to be honest, it's been quite overcast today and we have rain now and it got dark earlier than usual.

My hip pain lasted until late afternoon today. Slept really bad because of it but it's as good as gone. I guess keep moving does help with some issues... 😅
