One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.

It is good idea but sometime you need to spend time on it as you may get better out of that website and you may get better profit but if you have multiple website than it is better to have site manager so you will relax and your site running fine.

Hiring a competent person always pays off because it will drastically reduce the stress on you and will deliver a best job done for you because that's profession..

Is a good idea tho,but you have to think of this first, where will you find a good and trustworthy site manager, that's should be the first thing you should think about and once you get one you are good to go tho.

There are a lot of people who will gladly do such work. I'm also looking for someone who will hire me to do such work for him or her. This is because I am a passionate blogger and also I can manage a site.

Yes, nice idea, but works perfectly for those who owns sites and not site.if you own just a site, there would be no need hiring anyone unless if you are too busy for work on the site

It is a good idea to hire managers for your site in so doing you are creating employment and also profiting as this managers will have to do a very good job to make profit and get paid.

Well yes that's a must if you believe you aren't capable of managing all of your websites at once and you don't want to lose them at the same time, then hiring a manager for each (or for couple) would be your best to go solution

I also plan to hire a website manager for the website I want to open in the nearest future because I won't be having enough time to dedicate to this website because I will have all the things that I will be doing.

I think it is good to hire site manager so that to help the person to manage the website very well for the future, hiring a site manager is a good idea.

I like the idea of a site manager who would earn his keep from the commission of the site's earnings. I had been an admin before as part of my technical consultancy job. But for a freelance site manager maybe I can charge them a fixed fee if they will not agree with the commission on the revenu of the site.

Before hiring a manager be sure to know that the site or business as gotten to an extent and you can say that you understand it so that you would know if something is going wrong

Hiring a site manager is a smart move from you. I would have done the same too because it wouldn't have been easy for you alone to be managing all of the sites you own all by yourself.

This is good, but would you still generate enough money after paying these site managers since they would be the ones doing most of the work and it means more pay.

If I'm too busy with other stuffs, maybe my other businesses. I'll gently hire a manager, who is very smart and accustomed to maintaining a website to take care of my site and run it for me smoothly. And I'll come checking it regularly when I'm chanced enough, if its up and running, or lacking cohesion and flow.

If you are running a forum, an online store, or a website that is huge (based on number of content, traffic and members), I think you need extra hands to manage the site

I think hiring a manager is a good idea if and only if you don't have time or too busy that you can't handle the sites and you also need to pay the manager well, so that he will be more motivated.

Hiring a site manager is actually a good move, as it would help reduce the work load for you, especially in a situation where by you have more than one site under your control. You just need to hire someone you can trust to some extent and as well set a limit to the amount of power they weild in the site

I have three sites and I am managing all of my sites by myself. If my sites were generating tons of money I would have definitely hire a manager to look after my site.

I might never hire a site manager as long as I cna manage my site all by myself. However, time to time I might hire virtual assistance to work on my sites
