I think you site is a big one and it's bringing you lots of profits as well, unlike someone who has a site with less attention. I don't think such a person can afford managers.

This is actually a good way to make money online for the website manager. A lot of people don't know they can actually make money from this aspect and its a good area to make money from

Yes and if it's a site you can manage on your own without it affecting your other activities then there is no need bringing in a site manager

Besides manager you are going to hire to handle your project must be a trustworthy person. Some people see a post of site manager as an opportunity to steal some of the things they are lacking.

If I would hire someone to hire a site manager, s/he must meet two vital conditions, first is trust to be sure I can leave the business and secondly experience.

You can even hire someone who is very loyal to you. This person will represent you very well at the sides and prevent any progress that may want to occur from the workers.

Having different managers for your different sites is a good thing as it gives the manager opportunity to be able to be able to manage the business very well

You are going to have a problem if you hire a site manager you don't know anything about. You might see it as an opportunity to steal some of the resources on the site.

One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.
Hiring a site manager is good and adviseable but as the owner of the site , you must be able to be spending times on the site to know much more about the site.

If you know that your engagement with other things won't enable you to manage your entire websites, you should do the needful and have someone who have expertise managing some of them for you.

I have seen a forum owner who does not know much about site security, so he hired someone who's good in that to help him take care of security of he website.

This is actually a good way to make money online. I have been looking for this kind of opportunity and I will be very glad if you have other websites I can manage on your behalf

What aspects of websites do you manage? It seems to me that only those who take care of website security get hired mostly.

Sometimes website require a lot of close attention in order to be able to scale it and if you are a busy person then hiring someone to be able to manage the site will be a very good idea.

If you can handle your site, there is no need to hire one. But it can be another source of income to others when you appoint them as site managers. It all depends on the time factor here. But if you are just a beginner, do it yourself.

Personally, I believe that it's something that is going to be very important for your website since you can't be able to manage it all by yourself. The extra hand will definitely be helpful.

If you are a busy person and you have other projects to attend to, then sure this is great idea, as it allows you focus on other tasks at hand as well.

That's a good decision because you can't be everywhere. You would have to delegate duties to people too, it will definitely increase the effectiveness of your job.

Instead of hiring a manager for each of the website, you can simply hire one that you manage all of them. Hiring different managers will cost you more money at this can affect your cash flow.

I don't need any manager on what website I have ... I can handle myself, I really don't need anyone's help. here it also depends on what site you own.
