Hire a site manager

A lot of people always think that delegation of tasks is a bad issue or you're trying to show arrogance which isn't so.
If you know, you'll not be bothering yourself with non rewarding activities that can easily be sorted.

Yes thanks for the insight. Hiring a website manager to manage your website for you is a very good idea so far the person will agree to my terms and conditions. I will have to dialogue and interview such a person

You can be the manager for all the websites you own. The only thing you can do to delegate is to hire writer and virtual assistant to do some of the basic stores like writing formatting and posting of content on the website. you can also hire an editor to correct some of the mistakes in this content produced by the writers.

This usually is a good way to start if you are small and need some help, but not sure that people still go for you get some of the profit kind of payment :(

One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.
I think that hiring someone to manage the website is a very good idea because they are going to be specifically focused on the website and whilst it may come as an additional expense it will certainly help in the long run.

I have been a site manager for many people. Once, I was managing 3 websites for an American client. He worked as a teacher and did not have time to manage his sites. So, I worked as a manager. I was paid $100 monthly to manage 3 sites.
