Everyone has different eating habits. Some like to eat a lot all the time, some like to eat in very optimized manner throughout the day, some like to eat more during the day, less at night, some like to eat less during the day and more at night. In which category do you fall? 😅
Personally, I have moderate breakfast, heavy lunch and a light dinner. So, for me Lunch is the heaviest meal of the day. I also have a habit of having some fruit juice after lunch. It really helps me in getting charged up for the rest of the day. What about you guys?
