Have you been sued for a stupid reason?

What's the most absurd reason you've heard someone was being sued for? I've seen a restaurant sued for serving hot tea to a customer, a daughter sueing her parents for making their door entrance sloppy it made her fall.

I have never been sued, I never have had to deal with court cases. In our country fighting a court battle is an expensive affair and also takes a long time to conclude, therefore, people do no sue anyone for silly reason

I can't think of any stupid reason which someone will decide to take me to court for, I have always been very careful with my relationship with people so that we don't end up going to court for any kind of resolution.
