I'd say no , they both are different genres and both can achieve different cool effects in the end product so i don't think any will be replacing the other any time soon, no it wouldn't be right to say computer graphics is putting fine artworks out of business, rather say its there to enforce it and achieve what manual fine art couldn't .

No, graphics design has not and will never put fine art and drawing/painting out of business. There's this element of originality that comes from hand drawings and paintings that can't be found in computer graphics design, no wonder those hand drawn arts are sold for high amounts.

Computer graphics and art are completely different in every aspect but only some little similarities computer graphics is used to simplify so we can't say that computer graphics is replacing art and craft nowadays but graphics is more faster.

Concerning if computer graphics designs has replaced the fine art drawing. Well, I strongly believe to be a no because fine art drawings is still in existence till today, it is a God gift to human in nature. People prefers fine art drawings to computer graphics design because they are painting you see, feel and can relate to, the originality and fills alone is superb.

With our computers and softwares different kinds of drawings can be done with great ease and pace.
Before now admirers of fine arts travel round the world to collect, keep and trade artworks, some of these piece are highly prized and kept for posterity.
Would it be right to say computer graphics is putting fine artworks out of business??
No computer graphics is another field and fine art is another field. In computer graphics designing a image on computer and in fine art drawing a picture by hand on a paper.

No I don't think so, graphic art design is different from fine art, you can't compare both, there is this uniqueness with fine art and the passion you get from when you are into it and that alone is why I prefer fine art over graphic design.

Not really . However the world is going digital and many people are leveraging on technology for faster way of doing things . I think it is just a matter of time and the world aspect of things in the world will experience technological advancement .

I don't think that's the case. Both are forms of art that are appreciated in their genres. They are still great appreciators of fine traditional art and the ones that favor digital art. Both are skills that are sought after.

To some extent it has replaced art and drawings, graphics design has so many features it is more appealing and has a wide range of applications, though there are still people who prefer artwork done with hands.

Computer and graphics design would never and ever be able to replace fine arts and drawing of pictures. Although fine art is old fashion but people still hold it on very high esteem and I'm actually one of those that still has great regards for it.

Computer graphic design is fast becoming a better substitute to fine arts hand drawing or painting. This is because with computer graphics, you have lots of tools at your disposal and also it makes work faster.

What is the difference between fine art and graphic design? Graphic design relies ondesign methodology to solve problems and craft clear visual messages. Art is similar tographic design in that it involves image making, but the end result may be viewed differently by different people

No. I do believe that most artist have moved their arts to digital platforms but there are some have clinged to the old ways. I love paints, especially the ones that are hand painted. They are always beautiful.

Yes exactly, computer graphics did this. They replaced artists, who were used to make arts and paintings. In this era we can get everything by computer. If we talk about computer graphics then you have to acknowledge the fact that graphic designers are way better than artists. So this thing replaced..

Yes computer and software have make us all forget about fine art and drawing, computer design are here to stay and it very fast than the drawing it what the world are all using to design now

Yes it has, we in a global world now where almost everything is been done on the internet. In the olden days, it takes craftsmen weeks to get one picture done but today with the help of the computer a graphic designer can create over a hundred picture daily.

I think both of them are different fields of arts.while graphic desigining is primarily used in commercial projects, fine arts is reserved for the art and artistic creations. Some companies do well with hand drawn logos and graphics. But, some people like a more modern take and go for a custom made graphic.

For sure my artist friends would say a big and loud NO that computer graphics will replace the traditional way of creating art works. One of my artist friends is doing computer graphics and he is also dabbling in animation and special effects. When he has free time he would be posting his picture where he is holding a paint brush in front of the easel in the act of painting. The caption is "relaxing after work, it's nice to paint again."

Of course the method now has changed. People are using graphic designing instead of art design and it is now very least thing which is used and is learn in some universities
