I think Computer Graphics Designing has replaced Fine Art and Drawing Pictures because Graphics Designer now use different Packages to draw, trace and edit pictures. Packages like Photoshop, Corel and others

Indeed I think there are more drawings and paintings done on mobile devices. However it will be hard for virtual painting to replace the traditional painting and drawing. There are still people who admires brush painting, and canvases.

Well graphic design as replaced fine art if you ask me . a lot of things are done on the computer this days. But some professionals would say otherwise because some people still believe in free art

It hasn't,. Because people appreciate fine arts more than graphic design, Fine arts is an exhibition of huma creativity, graphic design is a computer programmr

Yes, I can say that computer graphics designing has been affected a fine arts by gradually taking over of it. Though, there are still some people that prefer a pencil/paint working than computer working but it's not like before. Computer graphics design has made things change for fine art.

I think the there is clear difference between fine art and graphics design and graphics design can never replace fine art, because they are two different things and most people still admire pure art, because art works signifies deeper meaning as compared to graphics design

With our computers and softwares different kinds of drawings can be done with great ease and pace. Before now admirers of fine arts travel round the world to .Visual identity graphic design is exactly that: the visual elements of brand ... Examples of art and illustration for graphic design.

Before now admirers of fine arts travel round the world to collect, keep and trade artworks, some of these piece are highly prized and kept for posterity.
Would it be right to say computer graphics is putting fine artworks out of business??
I don' think so. In my opinion if you looks at the products that re created in both of these cases there is some differences and there is always the appreciation that people have for hand art work that makes it very valuable. When it comes to digital art work it is not as value bale to collect because it can be printed out, whereas physicals art work will result in a one of a kind piece.

Yes it affected fine arts but not totally because there are still thousands of institutions that are working and offering courses of Fine Arts and designing, & people are still very expert in these fields, with the use of computer this field is advancing everyday.

In most cases of graphics designs I'd like to say yes. Look at back in the when we drew on drawing boards with the T square and the set squares as Architects. But now, the computer graphics design softwares has taken over, making work more flexible easy.

Art and design is not out of business. If you don't believe you can a visit to the art museum in your city, you will understand better. I paid a visit to an art studio and had a tour of the entire set gallery, I was fascinated with things and I saw. If some of these arts and craft cost a huge amount of money. In my own opinion, I don't think those softwares can take art and craft out of business

I don't think so, I mean many people like to draw there good work or planning by drawing before moving and transferring over to 3D modding. I have drawn something simple then used 3d max to do the rest. Computer graphics designs are far more in-depth nowadays but do not stop people drawing. One dev of a game company does drawings of ideas and whatnot then makes it up once approved. Cartoon works still draws

@Kayzzy3 I know friends who still appreciate the non digital paintings and sculpture. They spend huge amount of money to acquire paintings. Unlike the digital paintings, the non digital paintings take time to make and to create such an aesthetic piece requires pure talent and creativity.

Art is very fascinating and the only time that you truly are able to appreciate it is when you are seeing it up close and in front of you as you have said here which will be in a gallery or a museum of some sort. Then you can see the work tat is being done and the emotion and story that is behind the art. Something that you cannot get from technology in my opinion.

To some extent graphics has usurp fine art and drawings, over the years graphic design has improve tremendously with the surge of different graphics designing app and computer packages, though there are still good artists that we make love art and drawings.

Graphic design has drastically reduce the effectiveness of fine art but some ancient method of drawing are still in demand. For example still life and life drawing are still in demand and people still pay a lot of money to get them. Calligraphy is running out of existence cause graphic designing has made it easier

Graphics designing or computer graphics designing (CGD) is more or less an upgrade to artworks, that's if CGD, can be used to do art works. But art works in itself give details about history, which cannot be replaced.

I don't think they did lol, as every of them has its own role and place, of course you won't put something that's drawn by hand as a logo of your website, also not to forget that drawing still exists, it just moved to a modern era, instead of drawing on papers, you are drawing now on tables
