I have read many refund policies created by many businesses. They clearly state that they would not allow any kind of refund at all except under very rare circumstances. They create such policies in order to protect themselves. However, such policies might never be favourable at all for the customers.
Unfortunately, it's not all companies that offer refund policy and there's nothing anyone can do to force them do it. It's a company's decision to have refund policy because they want to give more to their customers. The reason why some companies don't have a refund policy is because some customers are always abusing how they use the refund policy.
