I agree with you. Most people say there's an internet so it wouldn't be a problem. But I believe there's a great difference with managing a business physical than over the phone or internet

I agree with you. Engaging them the way you would have done if you were physically present is very important. Always give tasks and make sure you try to supervise if possible through zoom or video calls.

You are actually very correct because the long-distance is always going to be a very big problem when it comes to managing the business successful as a lot of people are not really honest when it comes to handling your business in your absence.

Over here in Nigeria the major challenge that you are going to have is the issue of internet connection because our internet connection down here is so useless that we cannot do anything with it.

It is actually very cool that you can manage everything because of the use of technology but it doesn't stop whoever that is handling the business for you to embezzle everything and run away because you are not supervising the person physically.

This have been going on, before now. It's no longer a new thing to me, i see websites, businesses hiring people remotely to provide support and work from home, or any where on earth. You can go through search engines and find so many of them, accepting applications from people all over the world to work remotely.

A lot of people are actually working in that set up today because since the pandemic of coronavirus a lot of company is now employed people to work from home for them which they now monitor everything online.
