If you have experience in this area, how do you handle remote workers?

I do not have any type of Idea and experiences about online handling the worker but I think in this age of Science and Technology it is not difficult to handle Overseas workers.
A person can create application to have meeting on video conferencing to check out the activity of the workers.

But let me chip this in, you would need to ask for weekly or daily report of the workers. You should be interested in knowing what their out out was. Make sure you monitor the workers as well as knowing what their challenges are.

The best way to work remotely is to set a schedule according to each country, have a fluid communication by whatsapp or online. In this schedule the guidelines are given by the employer and in turn the employee will deliver the corresponding report. This by mutual agreement, without the time difference can affect any of the parties involved.

Although I wish I could also be among the remote workers hired by overseas company,but am not and of which I don't hear anything about that online,if assuming I heard about it am very sure I will be one of them right now tho.
