He's an absolute joke, trying to scam money from Rockstar because "he's in GTA" without his consent.

I would assume that he will fail off of that premise. They can make a parody of a man who made a parody of Joker. Jokers appearance and visage is allowed to be replicated in art as that’s freedom of expression under 1a.

Of course, he has no right to claim any money and any judge will just laugh at his case when/if he proceeds to court. He's making a fool out of himself.
