I have seen a lot of softwares that are being used for forums and as well includes ability to add a market place feature. You can use the xenforo plug in as for me I'd the best or you van use WordPress plug ins too.

There will be a lot of good system out there where you can lay your hand on and could be able to track anything you always wanted tho,but just do some research about it as well to know the best one for you.

I wouldn't waste my money on any except Excel or Google Sheets. I mean, you can do everything with Google sheets or excel without a problem. It depends on really what you need, if you need like automatic action software then yes, you'd buy some, but other than that you can use Excel for virtually everything.

If you're looking for something that can do tracking very easily in order to make sure that you are up-to-date when it comes to various tasks I think that the best thing to do is to create some sort of Excel spreadsheet where you can actually record what you were doing over the course of the day.
