There are so many ways to take care of your body which going to be spa is one of them. Having a spa session will see your entire body being treated, washed, scrubbed, steamed, massaged and so many more. Which of the spa session is your favorite?

Do you like going to Spa for your body treatment?

I know the benefits of spa but it is a costly service so I don't go to a spa too frequently. When I want to go for a spa, I mainly go for Ayurveda spa which is called panchakarma. This is 5 step healing process from Hindu medicinal system

I like going to spa but this is not something I do on a frequent basis. There are a lot of things in life that you want to do but cannot do it too often because of the cost involved.

I love going to the spa for my body transformation and treatment every 2 months. I will never miss it because it helps to keep me in a great shape.
