I feel like human resources are the most valuable assets for any business.

You need to make your employees happy and only then, they will work for you by giving their very best. If you don't care for them, they would feel the same way about your business as well. So, it's better to provide them the best environment possible.

Most of the people these days, are neglecting this key point. Do you guys agree with me on this?

I agree with you. When you treat your employees well, you will have their trust and loyalty that they will even see your business as theirs and protect it.
 
As an employer taking care and making your employees is necessary and paramount, it will help to boost their moral and makes them commit to the work the more.
 
Your employeers are your number one asset, they keep the system rolling. |I think there should be another department which will focus on how to make your workers feel better and get better loving what they do,
 
Very correct, you need to treat your employees right, encourage them and be nice this will make them more hardworking, willing and loyal to you.

I very much agree with you on this. Anyone who is not concerned about workers welfare is certainly not serious about the organization. Taking things into consideration would boost performance of workers.

Human Resources is very important in business relation you need to be able to treat and handle both customers and employees with due respect and care don’t make them feel neglected or unimportant also reprimand them in a nice way give them a feeling of self importance and create a healthy competition among the employees

I totally agree with all the points you've raised. Sadly, a lot of establishments out there have yet to grasp this. As the saying goes, happy clients translate into a thriving business. That's because it's been proven that a happy workforce is miles more productive and is more likely to be loyal to the company that employs them. This also means the company's likely going to have a very low staff turnover, which is always desirable.
 
Productivity in every business is enhance through human resources development because when you empower your employers in different ways they will be motivated to increase output.

Without the attention of the collective in your business you cannot grow, because you need several departments to improve so you can scale up.

I completely agree with you on this ... an employee happy with the way he is treating in his company is a grateful employee who will do his job in a good way, because he knows that he will be well rewarded
 
Motivation and inclusiveness in decision making of a company now matter how little it will be will sure boost productivity of the business.
 
A company that recognises the value of its human resource will do very well for itself. Naturally, when the employer treats their employees with respect and dignity, it gives them no reason to leave. Plus, they strive to do well by the company and become loyal to it.
