Not hear to complain about it but rather positive, well hopefully with good results in away ;)

Has anyone here had a good deal where you get free/giveaway hosting servers ;) if you were given that chance would you take it for running a simple WordPress blog :) or just anything as long as the server specs and details are good.

Just happened for me and helping another guy out since he can't afford to get a server. Free hosting I do not like so paid, but a paid service-server that is given to you is good or bad :) what're your thoughts.

I mean It's free and they going to give it to you, I would ;)

I once received free hosting for six months. I hosting company offered the service free because they wanted me to give a good review. Since I already had hosting service I was not much interested. Still, I hosted a site and used the service for sometime. Then I eventually forgot. I never knew when the service went down.

I don't actually support free thing because there are repercussions to it. Hosting a website on a free server has it's limitations except the website does not required any tangible security measure.

Yes, free hosting has some drawbacks. Buy you need to see a broader picture. If you want to pay for hosting, you need at least $20 for the first year, if you use free hosting you will not only save this money but also learn about website management without spending a dime

I don't have a website for now but I have a blog and we all know that blog do not require a dedicated hosting service as most of the website that create blogs have their own hosting services.

The issue with free hosting is the speed of access. As per the experience of a close friend who created his own site for experimental purposes, the ads were too annoying that after a month he stopped using the site and planned to have his site on a paid hosting server. That is a good lesson to learn.

I don't really know much about this particular free hosting you are talking about, but I think there are some website that offers free hosting. Free websites also do this.
