Getting a good job in a big company is an added advantage. With this type of job, so many would attain financial freedom. So many Will also make huge amount of money with skills.

What do you think could give financial freedom?

The short answer is NO.
The long answer is if you get a high salary means most of the day you are at work means you did not find even have time for your family and kids.
Sometimes you have some freedom in some other work where you get lower freedom of finance but have to for family.

Money isn't everything in life as money without good health doesn't worth anything or money without having family satisfaction isn't also nothing, money could resolve some problems but not all of them.

I think that having skills is the most important thing that one should try because it will guarantee your financial freedom on the internet. Most especially if you are skilled in the skills that are relevant on the internet. Example of such skill is programming and blockchain technology.

Sometimes the salary isn't determinative and even lower than what you provide for the company as work as daily presence and work attendency it is not determinative at all.

This is not only common to the internet sector. In Nigeria, I've seen businesses that collapse because staff without the right skills were employed because of favouritism.

If you have to hire staff without skills, there should be provision for training so they can do the right job.

Yeah you can make good money using your skills and talents for self employment though I don't think it works same for companies

There is no guaranteed job and no guaranteed business, having skill in a field is of great advantage to create another personal business with or without a partner as long as skilled.

The thing is that nothing is life is certain. We just have to strive to get things right especially for jobs since it will be out source of income.

They want you to work extra hours for free. This is bad situation but you accept to not lose your position.

It is not even possible to be present at all times. You are surely going to miss sometimes.
