Employee benefits. How important are they to staff?

As for me if you want your company or business to grow very well and make your workers more active except there salary you really need to give them benefits so that they can believe in your company and work more than the kind of job or post been given them

It's very important for an organization to boost the morale of its workforce, because it helps them to be productive which affects the company's balance sheet positively. One of the best ways to boost your employees morale is through increase in salaries and benefits. I don't see any disadvantage in doing this, unless the company didn't do their homework well and went overboard with the package they give to the workers, but if the benefits are within the company's financial strength, then there's nothing to worry about.

With the little experience i gained from working in manufacturing industry, i realized that providing incentives for your employees does not only stimulate them but improve and impact the outcome of the work.
 
I think when you give your employees extra benefits outside their salaries, it stands as a motivator for them to do more,add more productivity and workforce thereby promoting your company and also don't do more than what you can afford so that it won't affect your profit much
