I think the employees at a lower level deserve more benefits as compared to employees who are at upper level. This is because employees at a lower level do not earn much and they cannot afford things like medical, house rent, etc.

I do not see any cons with this because it motivates and boosts the morales of the employees thereby improving the organization, this is why every company should possess an effective human resource management to effectively cater for the welfare of the workers.

Hence, there well being is their motivation. Employees benefit is a motivational factor that increases productivity, and also gives employees job satisfaction. Allowing employees to get their benefit keeps employees going on well. So it is very important.
 
I am still of the opinion that giving workers benefits or incentives is very important and should be encouraged. This will motivate the workers to work harder knowing that there are some other gains apart from the salary. It is just my opinion.
