How do you ensure your emails are being sent to inboxes rather than being delivered to spam? Do you use an SMTP service to send mail? I'm using SendGrid and loving it. Highly recommend not using your host to send email. My emails are going straight to inbox, have fantastic delivery and great open rates (possibly because they're even being marked as "important" by Gmail). If you have a small website, MailJet's free plan might be a good option: https://www.mailjet.com/pricing_v3.

I've started to realize how important it is to keep in touch with members/ site visitors to ensure high engagement levels.

I use MailChimp, pretty fast and simple to get around. Though I've never seen Mailjet, I might have to try them out.

Sounds excellent! I'll have to check it out! :D
