How conscious are you about your health and hygiene? Our hands are filled with germs all the time. It's why hand sanitizers are produced. The high alcoholic solvent kills germs in our hands when it's izex used. Washing hands with soap and a running water keeps your hands free from germs too.

With 10+ years of health care in my career path, hand washing is something that has been well-engrained with my activities and it almost feels strange to not wash my hands when a sink is present.

I generally wash them after work, when they get visibly dirty, and I try to wash them before I eat, but sometimes I forget to. I usually also wash them when I leave a medical area where people are often sick.

In fact, nothing grosses me out more than seeing other men use a public restroom and then walk right out without washing their hands. Even worse when it's a restaurant or grocery store.

I have bad OCD and I hate to not feel clean or for the area I am in to not be clean. I have always been someone who washes my hands regularly so I have to ensure that the soaps I get are not only antibacterial but also easy on the hands as well to prevent dry skin.
