Do you use pre-built templates?

In the course of doing some of your designing jobs, do you like using pre-built templates or you're into designing the one's which you're going to work with? I can understand why some would like to design their own templates because it will make their work unique.

I have always used pre-built designs for all my websites mainly because I would not have a clue where to start when it comes to designing my own.

It would be nice to be able to design my own if I could learn as it is true, it does make it unique and unique is always good!

i can't design graphics etc, so i always use templates

I always use pre built templates because I'm not good at designing. Likewise I usually rely on pre made art for banners and other graphics too.

I do look for pre-built templates, but only to get ideas. After that, I design on my own.
