Almost everyone today if you ask them what they would like to do they will all mention that they want to go into the business sector. Many people have seen that it has more advantages than getting a job.

But do you think it is easy to start a business? Do you think everyone has a flair for it and can succeed in it?

If we are being sincere with ourselves it is not everyone that has enterpreneurship spirit, that is why I will see people that do better in jobs than in businesses.

To get and think about the business idea, it might actually be easy for you but if you think about all other things that's relating to the business, you will know that starting a business is not usually easy

I think an entrepreneur have a better chance to succeed than a salary earner in the sense that, a business owner bares the risk of the business and works towards the success of the business. It might look difficult to start a business, but at the same time, knowledge is power.

To say the truth, it is far easier to be an employee than to be an entrepreneur. It is not easy at all to start a business. From the point of generating the idea, to the point of streamlining the idea, to sourcing for funds, to setting up of the business, it is a huge task. When I started my business, people thought I was running mad because I was doing all the work myself. I had no money to hire staff.

It is not easy to start a business talking from the capital to the business plan and how to run the business. Starting a business is also easier than running a business because the continuation matters a lot.

As long as starting business is concerned, it is something that a lot of people find it very challenging to do, even those that have the enterpreneurship spirit in them because it is not something that you just go in without having to face difficult challenges.

It is not easy to start and manage a business but I think it is still easy to start a business but managing the business is the problem because some people lack the skill of continuity

From my experience in starting my fish and poultry farming, it is not an easy something to do because it took a lot of planning, dedication and commitment for me to be successful in that business venture. I had a lot of losses along the way but I was able to make the business pull through.
