Do you think a person needs a new organ?

So this is a strange question because we can't do it, but if in theory the Uma Dvalai have the right to choose some new additional body, why should it be? I have been thinking about this question for a long time, but I have no ideas. Does this mean we have the perfect body? Do you have any suggestions?

I nt speak of other people but I would never accept organ from another person to extend my life. If my organ fails I will be ready to die.
