This is as old as the internet. When I first started making sites, I would often reach out to similar sites/services and see if we could get each others links on each others sites. It has helped a lot in the past, as it also becomes a friendship down the road sometimes.

Do you still do this? If not, I highly recommend trying it, as you never know what site may say yes to including your site for you including theirs on yours.

Asking other websites to share your link is another form of generating traffic to your page, whether it's for business purposes or for just social media interactions purposes, for either purposes, it is good to still indulge in such practices, it could be of help.

That is sharing of website backlinks to garner traffic to your own site using rge person's site based on the amount of traffic that he or she generates from the site. That's one of the best ways to bring organic traffic to your site.

Little sites provides partnership or link exchange feature because most of websites are selling advertising places so they need money for putting your website but some are acceptable to partnership with consistant I mean little popular websites not newbies so link exchange has conditions.

Does it work? I mean when you ask the website owner to share your link, will he actually use your link? If he does, what do you have to give him exchange, money, or sharing his links on your website?

I don't as sites to share link. In fact, I believe on organic backlink building. organic backlink building is when people shares your links without you asking to share. This happens only when your content is high quality.

Yes it's a very good form of promoting sites without spending much, but right now I prefer giving out my website to a good promoter to help me promote the website.

Some sites do that ,because your content and link can also get more traffic to their blog on search engine ,while some sites don't like links on their blog

It is only necessary while trying to generate traffic as a beginner in blogging. However, not all websites like seeing advertisements on their sites that's why the rate of sharing link is reducing this days

well, it's gonna help you a lot for sure, but remember that nobody does free promotion always, especially if their traffic is very high, so that's still gonna cost you money

It all depends on the site rules and regulations, some allows it, while most of the site, go against sharing of links on their platform to avoid scamming.

Telling website to share your link is one of the best ways to make traffic to your platform and it's very important to curate quality contents for your blog because this is the only way for them to come back and read more of your content

This is a great suggestion on how I can promote my blog because I have friends that has already established websites and blogs and so I think that with this suggestions or ideas they can share my link on their platform.

If there is an agreement between you and the site owners, it's a good thing at least it will help promote your website for people to be able to know and popular your link.

Wether you pay these sites to share your link or not, this is perfect way for you to generate traffic to your product or services that you offer

Sounds interesting, wish I could do this but how do I get started? And mine is an ecommerce store so I don't think I can share on just any blog, I'll need one with a similar niche to mine

Long ago, one of the core search engine optimization metrics was your back link visits and back link existence and it paid off, right now, it is not a core seo metric again so you should focus on others instead.

Life has really gone beyond begging someone to promote your links. You can easily do that using the right medium. You only need to be active on social media where you can easily promote your links.
