Uh, no. I handle most of it myself. I think it is silly to learn everything and not do it myself. I don't see the point in hiring someone either when I am not making enough from the site or forum to constitute it.
This is the best thing to do. Its risky to allow third parties have access to the sensitive part of your website. For me, I can't allow outsiders to gain access to my website.Well I can't employed people to handle every aspect of my website but some specific departments which are not that very sensitive most especially when I have the knowledge to manage my site.
Honestly, where there is a need, I will surely engage proficient experts to assist me since I know I cannot handle the internet site alone without the assistance of a workforce.Do you hire people to handle most tasks you would do on a website? So say posting articles is one task, then doing social media is another task, reaching out to others for collaboration, etc. I think having one person for each task, helps a lot. That is of course, if you can afford to hire on that many people.
I myself don't hire too many people. I only hire people on if I need something done and I can't do it, or don't feel up to doing it. Otherwise I do most of the work for my sites.
