It's normal; we are all humans, and it's absolutely normal to feel anxiety at big events like meetings, etc. I do, too, when there is an important meeting. I take a deep breath and drink some cold water. It helps a little to handle my anxiety. This is why I always try to put intervals whenever I am working so that I will not be stressed out.Well, I work for several hours per day. I feel stress. However, whenever I feel excessive stress, I take breaks. There are many people who always take breaks and I think that companies should offer breaks to their employees.
