Emergency meetings can be called in our workplace and everyone will attend without any exceptions unless the worker isn't available or was sent out on a duty. Emergency meetings doesn't take too much time because it's a few matters which needed immediate attention the meeting was called for.I think that conducting a meeting three times in a month is fine. However, this depends on the situation. There are many instances where an "emergency meeting" is called in a business place in case if things go wrong suddenly. However, this happens rarely.
