PTT? Paid to Taste Job

I did this once.
Emphasis on the word once.
😜🙃
It was for a cookie 🍪 company... diet cookies. Well, they were low carb.
Because I was a regular/consistent customer, they asked if they could send me a free sample of some of their “almost released” zero-sugar 😦 double chocolate cookies, and they would pay me for my time...
By emailing them a full review including pros/cons, etc. -
Compensation was $10.00 gift card or 30% off my next order and I was like sure, why not.
Unfortunately, their new edition cookie was 🤢 yuck. I wasn’t sure at first, so I had my nephew try one. After a whole lot of chewing and really concentrating... all he said was: It tastes like cat food.
😂
So I had to give them my honest review but I felt kinda bad about it. Mostly said it needed a different flavor. I think I said it was a bit bland, and to maybe add more 🍫 or cocoa.
Didn’t tell them it tasted like cat food. Haha
Have you ever gotten a short-term gig like this?
Interesting, this is a good opportunity there are some country life is very easy there and people get things done without much struggle, that is why to be in a develop country is advisable,

Haven't really heard of such a thing or gotten the opportunity to do so, but if I eventually do I will grab it with both hands. Sincerely 😄😄

A paid to taste job is what I'm totally in support of, It has lots of advantages and one is that you get to taste different delicacies and still be paid for it.It'll save money too, after tasting, one might feel very full to eat an actual meal bought with money, one would also get to give one's candid opinion..so,its a Yes for me.

Paid to taste is a very good way to earn online. I have done several jobs on paid to taste. You will be given a product to taste for some time and you will need to write your reviews and opinions on what you have tasted.

Well I'm sure this would be a job that would definitely interest a lot of people, the idea to taste a product and give a feedback is not a bad way to earn, it's less stressful too compared to some other jobs

I haven't done any job like this, I have always been eager for a job opportunity like this, an opportunity to get free things I mean. But isn't this almost the same as being a lab rat?

A kind of yum yum survey platform that most people will simply like for the only fact that they got to eat food even not paying for it lol!! That's a very rare type of survey though but close to paid to testing products though
The things that's always has never worked for me my country simply because my country is a developing nation so therefore there are no big companies that can be doing a lot of service for a people's so the only thing that we do see is surveys from other countries like us and UK which will definitely will not be eligible for.

I watch such stuff in documentaries.
I have heard of the 'pay to review' sites...I don't know how active that still is, its similar to your encounter.
I don't think I would opt for a job like the 'paid to taste', one may end up tasting poison for a pay.

There are actually so many online earning platforms these days. I am just reading about the above platform for the first time here. I guess it is a kind of paid to review, not sure though. It can also be another source of income.

Interesting but I am hearing this for the first time, I know about giving reviews as regards apps (app testing) but not food. If I had such opportunity, I will definitely be glad to participate but such are not available within my Country.

I have heard about wine tasting jobs in the winery, these jobs are high paying jobs but no available to anyone instead only to the wine experts. I do not know about other tasting jobs.

Food and drink companies have tasters. These guys taste the food to check the quality and consistency of their product. Alcohol companies also have tasters whose jobs is to taste the drinks and check quality.

Yes actually have been paid to test the product but that was more of a acne cream product. I use the product on my face for 5 days and to be sincere, I didn't quite see any difference but I was just paid $5 for it.

I think most of such kind of jobs are available only in Tier 1 countries. I remember many people even get paid to taste animal food such as cat food and even dog food. Some people even get paid to test mattress by sleeping on them.

I remember way back when i was in high school, there was this cola that was doin some test running about the perception of their product, and i engaged in the survay, but there was no reward apart from some drinks and cookies.

This seems wonderful, but I've never heard of it. I think it's a good one because one can earn money from it, and it's a great job to work on.

Funny.
So what if you ended up getting a skin problem on using the product?
That amount is not even worth such a risk.
I haven't participated in any of such before anyways.

Well that was really interesting to know about such offer, though i have not rea;;y gotten any of such offers before, the best i could get is the physical product review about a soft drink that just came out.

I have heard about similar things here in my country , but I have not seen any advertisement concerning that particular tasting job , alcohol companies normally have people that do taste for them before they produce it out.

During the period I have been earning profit online, I haven't encountered a paid to taste website. Perhaps the scheme is scheduled for regular clients so that they can provide an unbiased evaluation on various foods to earn online income
