What's the latest time that you can be willing to eat your meal at night? Do you consider yourself someone who eats late night food often? I wouldn't eat in the night once it's past 8pm. It's not healthy to eat late in the night.

I used to eat late-night food years ago but will admit that I have stopped eating late at night for many years.

I tend to eat at night some kind of snack if I am feeling a little hungry but I will not eat after 9 pm.
