I've witnessed in some forum where it's possible for someone to use fonts different from what everyone else is making use of. They can either upgrade their account to have access to choosing their own preferred fonts.

Do you allow for this to be obtainable on your forum?

Not outside of what Jcink offers as standard because of screen readers. There's been a huge push for more disability-friendly websites and a lot of "custom fonts" are pure hell for screen readers to attempt decipher these fonts.
