I have so many employees who can do the job the way I would do it, so of course I spend time and money to teach them because it will bring me more money in the future and less harm from this employee

There are many different kinds of businesses out there that tend to train their employees and they also have a separate training area where they tend to conduct sessions. i have been to such kind of company in the past. So, it is a quite common thing.
