Do you add a watermark to your graphics?

Do you ever add a watermark to the graphics you make? I think if I was to try and make a profit off designing graphics, I would definitely add a watermark. I wouldn't want people to use my images unless they asked me.
 
I usually don't if this is a request made for someone else.

It depends on the project I am working on, if I designed a poster, banner or flier for a brand I like to put my watermark at strategic places so others can be aware who made the designs and that's same for my photography as well.

I've never added a watermark to my graphics. I'm thinking for my portraits that I should start adding watermarks so that when I post them online as part of my portfolio that no one can steal them and then try to claim them as their own. When I do work for clients though, THEY own the work, not me, so unless they want a watermark, I leave it out.
