Do businesses take complaints seriously where you live?

One thing that they are very good at doing over here is that they will listen to your complaint but they are not actually going to work on the complaint because if you come back tomorrow it is still on the table.

There are many companies that may never take your complaint seriously. This is why they never take any action. This is not the culture of a successful company. At least many multi-national companies take complaints quite seriously. This is why they are so successful.

Depends on the company, but I'm sure most major companies take complaints seriously, at least the major ones. A lot of the small ones may just be forgotten, but most of the time the focus is on serious complaints that have a bad affect on the company.

Any business owner or an entrepreneur who values his business will always take complaints and feedback very seriously because it is the way for you to know exactly how your customers feel about your business product and services so that you work on improving them.
