Divorcing a person while owning a business could be a hard thing. The business owner may not be able to conduct the business properly as such kind of owner might be going through many hard things in life and this could be problematic for sure.

I believe that if you people are married there is a law that supports that the person will get half of whatever you own unless you people sign the pre-nup before you got married. This is the reason why a lot of people are very sceptical when it comes to divorcing in their partner.
