I work at a company where my task is mostly a repetitive one, like typing, arranging of files, attending to customers and all that kinds of job.
This work is a very stressful work for me, I hardly have time to stretch myself at work, it's like the more I work, the more my boss increases my workload. I don't even have time to take a nap.
With this challenge, how can I deal with the stress that comes with this job?

Stress has a bad effect on human health Therefore, man should do everything possible to remove it. No work is difficult in the world It should be done easily You have a lot of work on which you can not handle anything well. I suggest you to divide your work into parts and then complete the work alternately.. Talk to your boss too and reduce the workload a bit. Of course you will benefit

Dealing with stress at work place? We need to be careful and take care of our health. Stress has a a bad effect in our health, that means we need to rest very well , take time to rest at home or any where we found ourselves. We also need to eat well.

At work, try to not over work yourself and always try to go for break once it is the time for it. In addition, do not do over time to the next day. You can always use the staff bus so as to avoid stress by driving when going or coming from work.

Stress usually comes from work overload or services rendered in duress that body can't accommodate coming with a sign of resistance, thereby signaling us to stop such work or activities at a particular point in time. Talking from experience, i will suggests you to always go to be early whenever you are back home from work, eat varieties of fruits regularly to supply you with supportive mineral requires for tissues to suppress stress in the body added with drinking water very early in the morning in an empty stomach. Then see how it goes, i have been relying on this diet for so long and I found it very effective.

Only one thing which can be helpful for you that you must not board stress on yourself instead you should arrange your work accordingly and do it honestly. Nothing is impossible just share your problems with your boss that he is the only one who help you.

I can say that if you have reached that level of stress it is because you have allowed it to your boss, or because of poor management of your duties. I spent some time in these types of roles and never allowed my level of calm to be affected by work. I made a work schedule and I stayed that way, always complying but in my own way.

Hello, make a list of priorities and organize an agenda by hours, where you will include meal times and breaks, in this way you get out of what is most urgent and you fulfill your work and your health

I would advise that you should not ever miss out on your breaks even if you think it will help you catch up on some work. Importantly, so that it wouldn't take a toll on your health, do not joke with your sleep and exercise.

stress management is very essential to an individual's health, the stress at work can't be stopped but it can be managed, buy taking drug and working out to when needed massages too will help

Stress is a silent killer. I think you should talk to your manager or boss about your feelings and see if he can reduce the work load on you. If this doesn't work, then you might consider looking for a better job.

Your health should be Paramount to you, there is a saying that the life span of work is more than that of human so you need to rest, when you're stressed out, if you don't take care of yourself,. It will affect your health but it cannot affect your work because they can easily replace you.just find time to rest

Try not to allow things to outrage you at work. There are endless things that can cause a ton of stress and disappointment at work. The most noticeably terrible thing you can do is feed into this feeling. It will destroy the remainder of your day. At the point when you begin feeling irate, simply take a couple of profound relaxes. Recollect that blowing up does not merit losing your employment over. On the off chance that you need to, pardon yourself and take a restroom separate to cool yourself. In the event that it's not identified with outrage and just an excess of work all in all, make sure to find a steady speed and approach slowly and carefully. Take a couple of full breaths and get once again into the occasion. This is a decent method to quiet yourself at work and keep yourself quiet.

One bad thing about most bosses is that when they see that a particular staff is very good and diligent on the job, they will try to over use the person. Many times they will try to create the impression that you are indispensable, but that's not true they're just trying to milk you dry. So it's your responsibility to take care of yourself, always make out time to eat, stretch your leg from time to time, exercise your body and try not to allow anybody put under unnecessary pressure.

Due to the nature of our jobs, we tend to experience slot of stress. Stress can be avoided with a well plan daily routine that provides you with enough resting time.

In this case I advise you to set boundaries and balance your work schedule and personal health. Health is wealth. Therefore be disciplined by setting your daily hours of work, ensure after those hour lapses, stop working. Continue the rest work the next day and give your self a break/rest for that day.

Health is wealth. You have to make sure you take care of health, rest is very important and imperative in which to stay healthy. You need to schedule your time of working and time of rest. Don't overdo.

We have a saying here that if your job is very stressful then leave and take a vacation. You cannot handle stress at work if the stress is caused by the job that you do. Perhaps you can lessen the impact of stress by taking a very short break every 30 minutes like going to the bathroom or going to the supervisor to ask a question (whatever comes to your mind) just to have a respite. If the stress level remains the same then it is time to change your job otherwise you might get sick.

It's very important for people to know how to deal with stress as a fall out can lead or generate or other kind of health issues you don't expect. As you work, you need to find time to rest and save your self from bad health challenges in the near future

While some workplace stress is normal, excessive stress can interfere with your productivity and performance and impact your physical and emotional health. Often, your ability to deal with stress can mean the difference between success and failure at work. You can’t control everything in your work environment, but that doesn’t mean you’re powerless even when you’re stuck in a difficult situation. Whatever your work demands or ambitions, there are steps you can take to protect yourself from the damaging effects of stress and improve your job satisfaction.
