Dangers of self learning in Blogging.

Self learning in Blogging is very good for those who don’t want to spend to learn or those who don’t want mentorship. But self learning in Blogging can be time consuming. It might could take 2 - 4 years(or maybe months or even hours it depends) to learn something that you would have learnt from a Expert blogger and step up your blogging game in few days.

quote me right; I am not condemning self learning because about 60% of the blogging journey depends on self learning. But always get a good mentor at the start(not necessarily though,)

Check the stories of top bloggers, a higher percentage of them actually closed their first blog and started afresh.
Why?
because they might have missed out from some vital information as a beginner. Therefore their first site lacked expertise touch, and probably couldn't be revived

So there had to create a new one to implement that one vital step they missed out along the line to get a desired result. If they were properly informed, then I am not sure they would have missed out the target from the start.
Yes, you are right. I can tell that from my own experience. I was trying hard to learn copywriting skill on my own through different articles, YouTube videos and free online courses, but it was confusing me a lot. Then, I took a paid course, and it helped me a lot. It saved my time and gave me a proper roadmap, which was not easy without a mentor.

I do not think people enroll in courses just to learn how to blog. I believe a lot of people self learn on blogging. However, later they might enroll for courses to help them with SEO and digital marketing.

One of the risks of self-learning is relying on incorrect information and making mistakes. Self-learning can be time-consuming and may not be the most efficient technique to learn in some scenarios.

The fact remains that there are many websites that do offer courses. However, a person could learn many things by learning from experienced people like Neil Patel.

I do not think Neil Patel actually made money through blogging, he created an SEO tool that helped him earn. Blogging surely helped him. Blogging requires skills in multiple areas and you need to build skills on these areas.

I belive self learning is the best when it comes to blogging. That's because anything you discover by yourself gets to stick and you do it effectively than things being taught.

i do not see any danger in self learning how to blog yourself, as everyone's journey is different and peculiar to that person and we should allow people to find there own path instead of the traditional method.
