For years I would write the same lazy CSS box shadow definitions (box-shadow: 0 2px 4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2); <-- oh look, I know it by heart!) and ever since finding this resource my designs have never been the same.

Dropping this here in case it can cure anyone else's boring box shadows. :love:

I'll definitely take a look at this because I've written some boring box shadows (only a few days ago on current theme I'm using for my forum:) box-shadow: 0 1px 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.4) inset; :p
 
Box shadows are a pretty awesome piece of CSS. I think a lot of people just use to use images to accomplish the same effect box shadows can. I use box shadows on a handful of skins I've coded. They're even a part of the default skin on some elements for the forum software I use.
