I just did two threads in the Spooktacular Halloween Event forum and didn't earn credits for either thread

Maybe earning credits are turned off for that forum. Do you remember receiving credits from your previous posts there?

Correct. Anywhere where low quality posting is done has earning turned off. We only encourage earning in the webmaster area’s since that is our main focus.
