Any store which haven't opened for business by 9am in the morning isn't serious with their business. It might be the manager's problem because a business owner will not be in bed after 9 in the morning without being out for his business.

Yeah, that's very correct. There is no way you can claim to be very serious about running your business and you have not opened for your business daily activities by 9:00 in the morning. Most office companies have already resumed duty by 9:00 in the morning and why should a business owner not start his business before the same time?
