Hey all, happy 2023. Hope you had fun last night. First day of the new year here!

I had a really fun night, ended by a phone conversation oddly enough. (I say oddly because I despise phones normally!)

Also good morning all! I slept twelve hours roughly. I am a bit sad, but, well, that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes! xD

I'm lucky. I work freelance so I kinda make my own schedule.
On the other hand... I suck at scheduling. Haha!

They work an extra couple of hours each over the four days so they can have that extra day off. It apparently works really well.

That is nice. From what I have seen, employers make people work as much as they can, all 5 days

My previous employer here in NZ was OK with taking Fridays off (or half day) provided you did your 40 hours for the week during summer. Good for getting away to the beach for the weekend.
