Challenging yourself vs pressurizing yourself

Challenging yourself and pressurizing yourself are the rival of each other. If you pressurize yourself then you may not achieve your goals. But if you are in challenging position then you will succeed definitely. I always like challanges.

Pressurising oneself can be very overwhelming but then it is a way to go for someone who has a target to meet. However, unnecessary pressure on oneself could lead to health issues and should be avoided.
It is however advisable that one challenge himself or herself when trying to achieve a goal.
It helps to achieve goals that one could not ordinarily achieve
 
When you are challenging yourself, you are giving yourself the opportunity to do something you probably have not done before, in some cases, it could be that you set some goals or things you will want to achieve at the end of the week, month or even year, that is you challenging yourself. You pressure yourself into doing things you do not want to do, it may seem as if you are being forced because that's not something you have interest in or want to do.

 
Pressure comes when one wants to compete or has the spirit of competition. You want to be like your friends. You want to be famous, and as such you do things that weigh you down or drives you into depression along the line. Challenging your self to be better, and improve is one way self esteem and self worth increases.
 
We should always challenge ourselves because pressurizing can cause so many harmful diseases in our body so we should always challenge yourself in this way we can do that thing.At least we try our best to do the thing to complete the challenge because whenever we pressurize and then we got so many problems in our body. So we have to challenge only not put the pressure.
 
I think motivating yourself to succees is a good thing. Putting yourself under pressure is not really a good thing to do. The basic difference is that one gives you peace of mind and the other takes it away.
 
Challenging yourself that you can do it is the best than persuading yourself, persuading do not work well, if feel sometimes as if you are forcing yourself, it doesn't comes with high morale like challenging yourself that you can do it.
 
How will a reasonable person pressure him or herself the worse a person can do is to have certain challenges that will accrued to him is still better than to pressure oneself. I will say it is possible for one to experience some challenges than to pressure oneself.
 
As long as you live, challenge will always come by. Whether internal or external, the human mind is built to overcome them. Pressuring oneself will bring results for some people. Maybe they prefer to work under pressure.
 
It is only an irresponibl person that will pressure has myself or herself for something not very strong or pressurising,whether because of fall in his or her business and he or she thinks the best is to pressurize. It is possible for one to have challenges in life but challenge is still better than pressure.
 
Pressurizing yourself is working yourself out to achieve a goal. It comes with lots of stress and energy. While challenging yourself is putting yourself up to a task and ensuring you achieve it. Challenging oneself helps to keep track of your business and goals. Is like setting a deadline to achieve a thing.
 
Pressurizing your self is harmful to your mental health and that shouldn't be done at all. The right thing to do is to challenge yourself and work towards achieving the new task set for yourself only then can you be sure of advancement. Pressure doesn't help anyone instead it kills you slowly so please try to avoid been pressurized at all cost
 
Motivating yourself is the best way you can actually achieve what you want because motivationcomes with the power to push you to go on and do what you want, I think if you need something that you cannot pursue you need to motivate yourself and challenge yourself that you must achieve it and you actually succeed in it.
 
Sometimes pressure becomes a privilege, that doesn't mean that our body need pressure all the time.
Changing ourselves we give us the strength we need to do unexpected things we once was afraid to do.
Challenge is good than pressure.
 
Challenging yourself is better as you'd find means to create a better you, you set targets or goals towards achieving a particular something and at the end of the day challenging yourself brings about improvement while pressuring yourself would only push you off limits and then mistakes fall in and you start deteriorating in whatever it is that you are doing.

one is positive and the other is negative. Challenging yourself or being challenged by others is the way to go. It kicks inthe inner spirit and drives you to achieve what you want to achieve. Pressure is in the negative as it relates to fear and the feeling of fear cannot achieve anything positive.
 
I agree with you. Putting yourself under pressure can give you an emotional and mental stress, which at the end of the day, you may find it very difficult to achieve the desired goal. When you challenge yourself, make sure you work on your plans everyday without being under pressure.
 
Often, without realizing it, you could place too much pressure on yourself. Being too hard on yourself will cause mental and physical stress to be felt. Some signs that you are too hard on yourself include negative self-talk or difficulties sleeping.

Its is really to be we should not be stress these causes a strain in a whole day/s, week/s, month/s or year/s. We should be always in positive thinking, But we cant escape also that trials are also design to all it will see that how patience will develop and can handle in any kind of situation.
 
Challenging yourself is the best option because it will push you to do something you are interested in doing and can also be a motivation to you but sometimes you need to challenge yourself in a positive way to avoid regret, do not pressurize yourself to do anything it may be harmful.
