Some people think that doing things as a business for the society. Do you think that corporate social responsibility has direct financial benefits to a business?

Yes it can. That's because it would put the business in a favourable disposition with customers and this would boost sales.

Corporate Social responsibility does not directly boost sales and does not directly help to become profitable. However, as a part of your CRS, if you frequently donate to various social causes, you will be covered in the media and it will help your business get popular. THis is very good strategy for building a brand.
