Evaluation of every business is very critical to the survival and continues growth of any business,because it gives you a hint of how healthy the business is,the cash in flow and out flow.
Another thing to look at is a good system at performance apprisial,because quality and effective staff input cannot be overemphasised.
 
As for me I see no reasons why you can expand your business when you seeing how it's moving and your customers are also faithful and serious one then you don't have any problem but all you need to do is just to make it expand for you to think higher and aim bigger

It is very natural that every business must be profit oriented. Whenever we go into any business we should always try to create room for expansion in order to make more profit. We can only achieve this with hard work, dedication, and diligence coupled with team effort.

In agreement with what you say,stagnancy in business is very repurging,every business inclined personnel should have the available ideas to be able to diversify, expansion should be the goal of every business.
