As for me I see no reasons why you can expand your business when you seeing how it's moving and your customers are also faithful and serious one then you don't have any problem but all you need to do is just to make it expand for you to think higher and aim bigger
We are of the same view. But Business should be expanding gradually and monitored not suddenly. A good entrepreneur should be able to come up with a plan for this

The plan to execute an expansion may fail. As you rightly pointed, expansion isn't just about the finances. Every other factor must be put in place. It is just like having everything you need to build a house but the land isn't there. You can't build on air.
 
If you want to upgrade your business, you need to expand your business. You can expand your business by adding more products, by expanding your market reach and increasing your marketing budget.

Business expansion means adding to your business what was not there previously to increase it's value.
So, you can increase your workforce, assets, knowledge, etc. That would mean that your business is expanded.

There is more to just the physical expansion. You can expand your business from inside out. Check out your employees or team mates, ensure their knowledge is widened so that they can meet up with your goals.

Every business man is always looking for an opportunity to always grow his business from what it started from because if the business doesn't really grow there is no essence in running the business and keep on wasting your time.
 
A business that is geared for expansion must be in solid ground - with steady profit and growing revenue plus the savings. Instead of dividing the saved profit to the owners (be it a corporation, partnership or single proprietorship) the funds will be used for the budget of expansion.

As long as we are having increased number of sales on daily basis and your customers are satisfied with your business product and service says the expansion of your business is already guaranteed.
 
Any business that doesn't have any of this would be operating on the trial and error method which wouldn't be so nice - as a lot of expenses could be incurred in the process.
 
Business expansion is very important in business when the business owner observe that therir are much more available revenue in the company account and there are also available space for them to also situate their company at so it's best to do this to increase the revenue of the company
