How do you define the term "business growth"?

I agree with you on that. The major move is to see that growth is happening in the business. You want your business to grow and expand and any other thing that is not contributing to this growth should be set aside as they don't really matter. As a business owner, I am always watching how I can grow and improve my business as well.

Exactly! When you're running and managing a business, you have to look out for your business when it comes to making profit from your business. When my business isn't doing well in profit making, I won't be happy and I'm going to do everything to make things right with the business.
