Most of the business corruption never make it to the news stand because most of the big business at being owned by big and respected people in the government and they are well connected.

If the local press is owned by the government they will always hide some corruption that is going on in the country especially when it is involving the government.

Thats right, they only release what would favour them, like look at the previous case of the end SARS protest, most of the news stations covered the killings and refused to show them on air.

This is actually the situation of how things goes in my country especially when it comes to what the Media station broadcast of course it is what the government or the owners want them to broadcast that they eventually broadcast.

This is actually a very big question in my country Nigeria because the rate of crude oil that we have in this country should make it possible for every citizen to be entitled to a certain amount of payments by the Federal government.

News agencies can always try to expose fraud or bad things happening in various sectors of the country but the thing is that there's a limit to which they go especially here in my country where freedom of speech isn't legal or assured

Most of this news agencies in my country there are currently directly or indirectly owned by the government which always influences their news coverage and what they broadcast.

i think what you are trying to say is that some media do report news about corruption to some extent but they decided to exclude corruption news about their favourite party.
