I just tried it out and its awesome. You don't even have to touch the phone for sending a text. If you want to send a text, just say "text by voice" and the phone will open the application and ask you the sender name and the message text to send. + if a message comes, it will ask us, whether to read the message and reply to this message.
All of this is done without even touching the phone. This is brilliant, better than siri's texting imho.
