My advice to those who wants to start business ia to prepare before starting your business, understand your business, plan for it and then aceit. The first thing is what is your purpose of starting a business, who are your target audience, are they youth or adult or children are the closer, that is proximity, is your market far from the or close to them? You need to consider he market structure, you also need to consider your competitors are they giving out the same products with the same price check those things out
To gain back lost customers, you must understand why you loose them in the first place, what customers ask themselves Is; Is your products Solving my problem? Am I deriving utility for his product? Then get feedback from them, hear there Testimonies and complains, here there suggestions, and work on it, you can also do incentives, give out some products for free, you may need to contact them aswell, improve your products to compete with competitors aswell.

As for me i dont have much advice to tell does that are about to start business but the only advice I will give them is to look at the location properly then have plans and strategy then also look into the business plans also have it at the back of there mind that there will be challenges and risk so they should prepare there minds

I agree with you on this. Having a specialty and focusing on one type of business or service is the right way to go about creating a brand and name for yourself. This way, you would become a force and more patronage will be directed to you. If you need to expand, it would not be difficult as you have mastered that area of business. You could even go to coach others and let them handle some of your branches or office so that more money could be made and achieved. My sister did this when she was into the saloon business.
