Admin and Moderator Notes

Do you make use of Administrator or Moderator Notes on users accounts? If so, what do you usually add to it? If not, do you just keep a running tab in staff forums, for potential trouble users?

I personally like using the moderation or administrative notes, as I can get an idea of what someone did previously, without having to dig for the information.

I think this is a good way to track the activity of the member on your forum. However, when I had a forum, I never have had admin and moderator's note.
 
Nice, I have never had to use such, but if I did, I would do it the same way you do it. It helps to single out users and also keep a tab on other duties that you might need to perform.
 
Currently, i do own a forum of my own. When i finally do own one, i would definitely make use of administrator or moderator notes on users accounts.
